I am Joe Lee, CPA, CFA, a real estate broker providing flat fee real estate brokerage services in Seattle, Mercer Island and neighboring cities.

Seattle Flat Fee

I strive to be the best advocate you can trust. I believe the amount of real estate broker commission should be based on the amount of work and effort put into in order to represent my clients well, and that shouldn't necessarily be proportional to the price of the home. I put my best effort to meet each client's needs and that is why I practice the flat fee model.

I pride myself on giving brutally honest opinions. To my buyer clients, I always emphasize negative aspects of properties they are interested in order to help them make informed decisions by properly weighing pros and cons. To my seller clients, I always try to understand clients' circumstances and share my opinions based on my professional background and personal experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. More often than not, I recommend not selling unless there are needs and/or good reasons. My approach is not transactional, and I want to be an unbiased and competent real estate adviser you can trust.
